This weekend, F1 head to the Sochi Autodrom for the Russian Grand Prix with practice airing on Friday, qualifying on Saturday morning, and the race going down on Sunday morning.
NASCAR’s Monster and Xfinity Series head to the coveted Charlotte Motor Speedway, but not just to turn left; they’ll be duking it out on its smooth, rarely-used roval configuration! Some cool analysis can be found here. We love the fact that a lot of this year’s schedule has delivered great racing on road courses.
Both series’ practice airs on Friday, following by Monster’s qualifying Friday evening, Xfinity’s on Saturday midday, Xfinity’s race on Saturday night, Monster’s race on Sunday afternoon.
Finally, the NHRA Mello Yello Drag Series is outside of St. Louis in Madison, IL for their finals, and coverage of Blancpain GT World Challenge airs from Barcelona and Shanghai on Sunday evening.
