The Chrysler guy said it disconnects the FRONT anti-sway bar. If it only disconnects the front, it could be very dangerous at speed (instant oversteer). I'm guessing that they've installed some kind of speed sensor to force it to reconnect. Otherwise, the attorneys will be lining up.

Yep, it kicks back in at 18mph.
