zviewer fails

When I try to load the magazine, the process begins but doesn't complete. This happens in Firefox and IE. The progress bar goes just past halfway then stops. What's the solution?

    That may have been a problem with Zmags, the company who makes our magazine reader. I just tried it on my Mac (which runs Firefox) and it loaded up just fine. Please let us know if you still have problems and we'll do our best to get them resolved.

    Hello Daniel, The magazine reader requires the latest version of Flash. You may need to reinstall flash. Go to Adobe to download the latest version of Flash here: http://www.adobe.com/products/flash/
