GMC Syclone/Typhoon... worthy of Keeper status?

Around these parts, we consider a Keeper to be more than just a car with a big engine. Then again, there's something to be said for a vehicle that breaks the mold, and that's where the Syclone and Typhoon keep us scratching our heads. There's no question these two rides are performance legends, but are they truly more than the sum of their parts? We tend to think so, but then again, some of us like to surf shopping carts.
