Under hard accleration the onboard computer should detect this need-for-speed and turn off the A/C for a few minutes. This should give the car an extra 10-20 bhp.
Obviously, if the high performance carries on for more than a 10 minutes, the A/C should kick in but at a temperature setting about 5oC above the normal setting, so that the A/C is not over worked but the interior doesn't overheat. Then return to original A/C operation when full throttle driving finishes.
