Upgrades

I have a 2004 Dodge 1500 Hemi. I have been looking around for a new truck, but haven't seen anything that I like. I would like to know of some good upgrades, both performance parts, and upgrades to make it run better. i have a K&N; Cold air intake on it now, after market rims, and then I have done some stuff to the stereo system; I would just like more. Since I can't find anything I like, I want to be able to enjoy this more.
