Winding Road Video: 1997 Subaru Outback H-6 Swapped “Rally Wagon”

Reviews I By John Beltz Snyder I August 14, 2013
A few weeks ago Paul Eddleston of Braid Wheels USA, let us have a go in his 1997 EG33 Swapped Subaru Outback Rallycross wagon. Multimedia Editor Chris Amos brought along the video equipment so we could share this bad boy with the world.

It features a modified 3.3-liter flat-six taken from a 1994 Subaru SVX, plus a bajillion other modifications to turn it into a rally fighter. And, yes, it is street-legal. We won’t list all the details about this particular vehicle, but you can check them all out by clicking here, as Eddleston is currently trying to sell this beast. Sad, we know.

Have a look in the video below, and make sure you’ve got a pair of headphones or a good set of speakers, as this is an aural experience you don’t want to skimp on.
