Racecar Profile: Morgan ARV6

Cars, Features I By Winding Road Staff I November 06, 2014
As the most powerful racing car that Morgan has ever sold, the ARV6 takes the already formidable performance prowess of the Morgan 3.7 Roadster to another level. With a power to weight ratio of 370 horsepower per tonne and a number of track-tuned enhancements that are unique to the ARV6, this is quite literally the pinnacle of Morgan racing cars.

With a stripped out interior and the use of lightweight materials where-ever possible, AR Motorsport touts that the ARV6 “has been designed with one thing in mind – competing in motorsport and winning races.” While offering performance and handling that goes beyond any Morgan produced race car that has previously been available, AR Motorsport assures prospective buyers that the ARV6 will be “the perfect Morgan race car for experienced racers and novices alike.”

With a company history that spans more than a century and an extensive racing heritage, Morgan’s on and off track services ensure that those interested in racing a Morgan will also have extensive parts and racing support directly from the manufacturer.
